Workshop III – Being with Others in their Grief- A Beginning Conversation

In this first gathering, we will explore our responses to grief in others. How do we feel in response? Can we be present and supportive or do we want it to go away? Do we even know how to be? What happens in our bodies when others’ are grieving? Does their grief open us into ours? By working with our responses, we can begin to become more present to others in their vulnerability and for ourselves in our own lives. We can become better at this.

I will again ask you to come having listened to a podcast. We will talk about both the podcast and about what you are learning about how you respond to grief in others.
