Somatic Day with the Enneagram

This day involves working with the often overlooked and neglected information our body offers us for our healing and growth.  By bringing our attention to our bodies and working with what our bodies know, we are able to make more conscious and constructive choices in our day to day lives, less contracted within the lens of our Enneagram Type. In this day, you will be encouraged to notice and meet what is happening in your body, giving it space, listening to what it holds and allowing a process of transformation to unfold.   Enrollment closed.
