Workshop IV – Exploring our Response to Other’s Grief Somatically

In this second gathering, we will work with our bodies, with what happens in them as we are with another in their grief. We will explore what these sensations are telling us about ourselves. And, we will let these sensation resolve, as we are present with them. We will become more able to support others and more compassionate in general with how challenging this can be.
