The Passions of the Enneagram – EVENT POSTPONED

Because of the current COVID-19 situation, this event has had to be postponed.  We will re-schedule once things get back to normal.

Please note that Friday evening is from 6:30-8:30; Saturday is from 9:30-4:30 and Sunday is from 10-3 .

Each Enneagram type has a specific “Passion” or emotion that shapes how it expresses itself when we are stressed and tighten against life. The Passions – emotions like anger, avarice and pride – are like the “7 Deadly Sins” in their force and compulsiveness.  They refer to the way the heart contracts against life for each type.   They automatically and rigidly governs our response to the situation at hand, more than we could ever imagine.  Becoming aware of how this happens and working to slow down and relax the automaticness helps us access the “Virtue” of our type.  Gradually we grow into expressing the gifts of our type, the aspects of God, of the Divine that we can come to embody.

During our time together, we will explore the Passions of all 9 types, giving you a better sense of how these work.  And we will explore the conversion of the Passion in to the Virtue for each type.
