Perceiving Reality Through Our Hearts

Wednesday, June 3: 1-3pm 

The unexpected and seemingly impossible is now our daily reality.  It is so important that we stay openhearted.  Sometimes the fear that uncertainty causes makes this harder.  We can become more egoically focused, concerned for our own well-being and that of those round us.  This is so understandable. Or we are feeling so much that we close down, something so real for me as a 5.

But each and every one of us is part of the whole that is going through this, impacted deeply by the whole of it. Each and every one of us is an integral part of how it will play out.  We know this at a spiritual level, but it can be hard to stay present in our connection to the larger reality.  And so it is important to keep coming back to perceiving reality through our heart’s gifts of empathy and connection.

It is our more grounded and open hearts that opens the door to a deeper, sustained compassion and, in turn, a willingness to be part of what needs to unfold going forward.  We will take a look at how we can continue doing this.
