Embracing Uncertainty III – Listening to the Wisdom of Our Centres

The thing about the uncertainty that we are in now is that we don’t know what will happen.  Our types can make that very uncomfortable for us, offering up interpretations or anxieties on a moment to moment basis, with which we then have to cope.

Last Saturday was all about how important it is to feel what we are feeling, rather than avoiding the discomfort of it, because then we are grounded in our truth and in our hearts and bodies.  We can be more resilient in the face of what is actually happening, but it means being present with the uncertain and the unknowable.  To enter into the unknowable is to enter the mystery.

We ended last Saturday acknowledging how important it is to become who we have been created to be.  And so, we will spend time “listening” – dropping in and listening for the wisdom we can receive in the deep interior silence, when our types automatic-ness is quieted – in service of our becoming who we have been created to be.
