Embracing Uncertainty I

We will start with a conversation together about how this uncertainty is affecting each of us, with a focus of what we are aware of in type.  Then, there will be an opportunity for you to drop into what happens in you when you let yourself feel uncertain in general and more specifically the uncertainty prevalent in this time.  How do you respond in your type?  What is happening somatically, in your body, in general and in the moment?  Are you aware of contracting as you are present with uncertainty?  Are there ways to relax this?

“Noticing, allowing and accepting” (the Narrative mantra)  all help to loosen the contraction.  We likely can breathe more easily, more deeply.  And, then we can more readily, more frequently open into a deeper stillness. And it is in that stillness, where our resilience lies, and where our capacity to access our deepest 3-centered wisdom is most accessible.
