Enneagram Somatics Day

The day involves loosening our type by working with the often overlooked and neglected information our body offers us. By bringing our attention to our bodies, we can release the resistances they hold that we are often unaware of, and we are able to open into and experience the gifts of our type – all in service of living more consciously and constructively.
Cost: $100 (or pay what you can)
Any workshops being held at Strong Hollow have a suggested cost, but are offered as “pay what you can”. We do not want cost to be a reason to not attend.
