As we grow\, we move beyond these limits. At our core lies the essence of who we really are\, our True Nature\, the Divine alive in us. While we have all aspects of the Divine within us\, each type opens most fully to one experience of the Divine. \nAs we face our deepest fears arising from the false perception that we are separate from God\, from Source\, from the Creator\, we can begin to sense into the deepest spiritual experience of our type. We can begin to live the aspect of the Divine most available to us as one of our most profound gifts. We will explore each type’s Holy Experience in this workshop\, with an emphasis on how to open to expressing our divine gifts. \n* A week ahead of the actual workshop date participants will be given access to 3 hours of password-protected online videos we have created\, to be viewed on your own time prior to the class. DESCRIPTION:Online with Cynthia and Sue ~~\nSaturday January 30: 9am – 12pm\nPLEASE NOTE that this workshop includes 3 hrs of online video* you need to watch on your own PRIOR to Jan 30\, as well as 3 hrs online via Zoom Jan 30 with presenters and participants. \nOur defense mechanism is the “enforcer\,” that keeps us from feeling our core fear.  It keeps our type going on automatic and off the screen of our awareness. In this workshop\, we will explore how we use our defense to unconsciously protect ourselves when we are triggered by fear or stress. When we work with our defense mechanism\, our type structure loosens. We have more choice in the moment and the true gifts of our type can be expressed more freely. In 9 different ways\, we are invited to pay attention to something that is largely undercover and automatic. \nExplore the way you protect yourself when you are triggered by fear or stress and create an idealized version of yourself to present to others. You do this in order to be acceptable to God\, others and self. Awareness of your own and others’ defence systems can help you be more authentic\, caring and understanding of others. \nIn this module participants will learn more about the vulnerability underlying personality type\, and see how the idealized version of oneself helps one cope. \n* A week ahead of the actual workshop date participants will be given access to 3 hours of password-protected online videos we have created\, to be viewed on your own time prior to the class.
